Currently, DJB is tackling a large-scale manufacturing project for OSF Flavors in Windsor, CT. This project includes extensive underground plumbing and drainage work, as well as 12,000 sq. ft of insulated metal panel wall & ceiling construction. Additionally, DJB and its associates are assisting in the installation of state-of-the-art ingredient manufacturing equipment, electrical and HVAC systems, and building finishes.
Austin Drive Music Studio
Marlborough, CT

DJB & Co. are currently involved in the unique construction process of a music production studio in Marlborough, CT. This project is one of the most intricate that the company has been awarded, involving some of the most complex & sophisticated acoustic designs in the world. Follow along to see the full build!
Simon Konover Company

​​Over the past number of years, DJB has worked in partnership to complete numerous renovation project for the Simon Konover Company & Konover Residential. In 2023, we renovated the 9,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, re-sealed all parking lots, & remodeled the entire pool area at The Royce in Trumbull, CT.

To date - DJB has also completed siding renovation projects on 20 residential apartment buildings at Industria Commons in New Britain, CT.

Additionally, DJB most recently completed extensive life-safety renovations at Velvet Mill Apartments in Manchester, CT.
La Bella Medical Aesthetics
Farmington, CT

DJB and its Team of dedicated subcontractors most recently completed the renovation of an existing commercial property in Farmington. This overhaul transformed an old music studio with attached garage into a luscious medical aesthetics business with the finest furnishings around!
TenPath Financial & Residences
West Hartford, CT

DJB and its Team of dedicated subcontractors are currently renovating an existing commercial property in West Hartford. The first floor with be outfitted for the property owner, a financial advising office space. On the second floor, residential living space will be renovated for future tenant leasing opportunities. Orthopedic Center of CT
Farmington, CT

Commencing in August 2021 and opening in May 2022, this renovation of the former Connecticut School of Broadcasting included a complete gut of the interior space down to exterior wall studs. From there, construction began with all new framing, electrical, and plumbing/mechanical systems for the orthopedic offices. Additionally, an entire physical therapy gym was constructed for rehab services. Two state-of-the-art x-ray rooms were also constructed for orthopedic patient services.
PDQ, Inc Expansion

Following the multi-million dollar addition completed in 2014, DJB commenced in the management of yet another expansion project at PDQ, Inc. This project entailed the construction of a 10,000 sq. ft. clear-span 2nd story addition above the existing 1st floor for office and quality control spaces. DJB is currently managing the construction of a 6,500 sq. ft. renovation to the 1st floor to house additional manufacturing and shipping department space. Buckland Commons
South Windsor, CT

Completed in Fall 2019, Buckland Commons was a ground-up construction project consisting of complete site work, full foundation and slab, heavy and light gauge steel framing, and interior tenant fit-out construction. DJB operated as the general contractor on this project, subcontracting all phases of the work to a dedicated team of subs. From empty lot to turn-key building, this gorgeous project took just one year to complete.
Root Down Power Yoga
Hartford, CT

Root Down Power Yoga was a interior renovation project in Hartford, CT that was completed in early Spring 2019. The project consisted of interior redesign of existing floors, walls, and ceilings.
